Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address (homeowner app) or company name and worker names (pro app).
Lawn photos: Photos you upload are analysed by our AI system. Photos are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Walk & Talk audio: When a signed-in worker starts conversation recording, microphone audio is sent to an external AI transcription provider. Lawn AI Mate uses the returned text for editable quote and job notes and does not save the source audio after transcription. Workers must tell participants before recording.
Lawn analysis results: If you choose to save results (homeowner app), we store the analysis data against your account.
Payment information: Billing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Usage data: We may collect basic usage information (e.g. pages visited) to improve the app.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

Stripe — for payment processing
AI analysis and transcription services — photos are sent for requested analysis and Walk & Talk audio is sent for requested transcription

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Account data is stored in Australia where possible.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Cancel your subscription at any time

6. Cookies

Lawn AI Mate uses local storage (on your device) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
