Lawn AI Mate, including its name, logo, design, analysis algorithms, seasonal treatment data, species and weed databases, and all associated software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of its creator. All rights are reserved. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, reverse-engineering, resale, or redistribution of any part of this application — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited under Australian copyright law (Copyright Act 1968) and may result in legal action.
2. Not Professional Advice
The analysis, species identification, weed detection, treatment recommendations, and seasonal plans provided by this app are generated using automated image colour analysis and are intended as a practical guide only. Results are estimates and do not constitute professional horticultural, agronomical, or scientific advice. Always use your own professional judgement when applying treatments. Lawn AI Mate accepts no liability for any outcomes resulting from actions taken based on the app's recommendations.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Lawn AI Mate and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or damage to property resulting from applied lawn treatments.
4. Your Data & Privacy
Lawn AI Mate stores account, client and job information on its secure service so authorised workers can access company records. Photos and Walk & Talk audio are sent to external AI providers when you use AI analysis or transcription. Walk & Talk audio is processed for transcription and is not saved by Lawn AI Mate afterward. 5. Acceptable Use
This app is intended for use by lawn care professionals and enthusiasts. You agree not to use Lawn AI Mate for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent the app's analysis as certified professional advice to clients, or to attempt to extract, copy, or replicate the underlying algorithms or data structures of the application.
